- Modern modems don't really need init strings. The Boca you are talking about
- comes with non-volatile memory and the idea is store all the settings into
- area 0 or 1 and to force them into the active area with an atz0 or atz1,
- depending upon where you stored them. Then you dial with the settings you
- want, time to read your manual a little.
